What is glamorous line formation (Tareme eye formation)?

Glamorous line formation is a procedure suitable for those who wish to cure their puffy eyes or those who yearn for a cute, flirty look. This procedure, also called "Tareme-tekkakei," "Lower Eyelid Lowering," or "Lower Eyelid Enlargement," is a method of creating an ideal pair of bulging eyes by lowering the line of the lower eyelid in a downward direction.

This procedure is very delicate, and since the impression changes by millimeters, the position of the bottom of the lower eyelid curve (bottom) is very important. Therefore, careful counseling and detailed design are necessary before the procedure.

Many people suffer from the fact that their faces look harsh because of their suspending eyes. Glamorous line formation gives the face a gentle, cute look and makes the eyes appear larger. By lowering the curve from the center of the lower eyelid to the outer corner of the eye, it creates the impression of a pair of flirty eyes.

It is also characterized by less recession than methods that use only threads. For this reason, glamorous line formation has attracted much attention and is favored by many people.

Characteristics of Glamorous Line Formation (Tareme Formation)

An incision is made along the lower lash line. At this time, the appropriate outer area is fixed with a downward approach.An incision is made along the lower lash line and the skin is removed along the planned line.The incision is sutured with thin, strong medical thread, from which the CPR (the supporting tissue of the eyelid plate) is stitched down to form a natural, flared eye.

The amount of skin removed can be determined according to the degree of tareye desired, and it is difficult to return to the original tight, twitchy look. However, stitches need to be removed after one week, and it may take three to six months for the scar to be finished. However, please be assured that the scar will become almost invisible and settle down.

Glamorous lines (tareme eye formation) can be combined with other procedures to enhance the eye area. Examples include double eyelid formation (e.g., implantation), eye lid incisions to make the eyes appear larger, and even fat removal under the eyes to remove puffiness from the eyelids (dark circles). By combining these procedures, an ideal eye appearance can be achieved.

Day of surgery

Immediately after the surgery, there will be black threads under the eyes, but any pain will be controlled with pain medication. Sleeping with your head elevated when you fall asleep will reduce swelling the next morning.
Except for eye makeup, you can start on the same day and shower, but bathing should be started the day after the stitches are removed. If pain or burning sensation is severe, cool the area with an ice-non and refrain from drinking alcohol for one week.

Day 7

After the stitches are removed, the wound will gradually settle down. From the next day, you can wash your face with soap, take a bath, and use contact lenses, and from the day after that, you can apply eye makeup. In daily life, exercise is possible, but it should be done gradually rather than abruptly and vigorously.

1 month to 3 months

It will look almost natural. The redness of the wound becomes less noticeable over time and settles down almost completely in 3 months.
