8. Purposes incidental to the above purposes of use

The User may request the clinic to correct or delete his/her own personal information held by the clinic in accordance with the procedures specified by the clinic, if the information is incorrect.
If the clinic receives a request from a user as described in the preceding paragraph and deems it necessary to respond to the request, the clinic will correct or delete the relevant personal information without delay and notify the user of such correction or deletion.

Article 7 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

If the individual requests the suspension of use or deletion of his/her personal information (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") on the grounds that the information has been handled beyond the scope of the intended use or that the information has been obtained by wrongful means, the clinic will conduct the necessary investigation without delay, and based on the results of the investigation, suspend the use of the personal information and notify the individual to that effect.
