Our doctors and nurses are available by appointment only to ensure that each patient who makes an appointment has the time to prepare medical equipment, medications, and other specialized preparations.

However, there have been a small number of cases of problems due to cancellations on the day of appointments, which have had an impact on other patients who wish to have their appointments performed.

Therefore, as part of our efforts to ensure that all patients can use our clinic comfortably, we have decided to establish a policy regarding same-day cancellation of treatments.
