Cancellation Policy

In order to provide the best possible medical services to each patient, we have adopted a complete appointment system.

At the time of your appointment, our doctors and nurses will be ready and waiting for you with their professional knowledge and skills, ready with medical equipment and medications.
Therefore, we have established the following rules regarding cancellations on the day of treatment for the convenience of the patient.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Regulations regarding cancellation on the day of treatment

This rule applies to patients who arrive on the day of their appointment and then cancel their treatment for their own reasons. All treatments and procedures are subject to this rule.

(1) If you have completed the counseling and consultation only (if you do not proceed to the treatment)
Cancellation Fee:free

(2) If you cancel after our staff has started preparing for your treatment after you have been shown to your treatment room
Cancellation Fee:50% of your contract amount
(e.g., when you start dissolving a drug or setting up a medical device)

(iii) Cancellation after the start of the treatment including anesthesia, etc.
Cancellation Fee:100% of your contract amount
(No refunds will be made for any reason.)

Reservation Date and Time Changes and Cancellations in Advance

If you are unable to come to the clinic on the scheduled date and time, no cancellation fee will be charged.
However, we would greatly appreciate it if you could contact us as soon as possible after you know your availability, so that we can coordinate your appointment with other patients and prepare for your visit.
Please note that if you cancel without notice, we may refuse your next and subsequent appointments.

Tardiness

We do not charge an additional fee for late arrivals (late fee).
However, if you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time reserved for you will be shortened and you may not be able to receive your treatment as scheduled, or you may be kept waiting because the order in which you are shown to your appointment will be delayed.
Please note that patients who arrive on time will be given priority.
Please note that if you are late and cannot receive your treatment, the clinic will not be able to cover any transportation or other costs incurred for your visit.
